These Terms govern your use of MediApp, provided by Lifetime MediApp Tracker Inc.. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
MediApp is an informational health & wellness organizer. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Paid features are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account. We do not separately charge your payment card.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in the app is medical advice; always consult a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lifetime MediApp Tracker Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
