Lifetime MediApp Tracker Inc. ("we", "us") operates MediApp, a consumer health & wellness organizer that helps you keep track of wellness information you choose to enter. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account information you provide: name, email address, and (optionally) phone number.
Wellness information you choose to enter, such as appointments, reminders, medications, and personal notes. You decide what to add; you can edit or remove it at any time.
Device and usage information, such as app version, device type, and diagnostic/crash data, used to keep the app working reliably.
Subscription status. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and our payments provider (RevenueCat). We receive your subscription status; we do not receive or store your full payment card number.
To provide and maintain the app's features, authenticate you, respond to support requests, process subscriptions, and improve reliability and security.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that operate the app on our behalf — our backend host (Convex), our email provider (Resend), and our subscription/payments provider (RevenueCat) and the app stores — and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
You can access and edit your information in the app. You can delete your account in the app under Settings, or request deletion of your information at Delete my data. Subscriptions are managed in your app store account.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The app is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
MediApp is a personal wellness organizer. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional for medical questions.
